Quality Engineering Service

SQE covers three major stages of the supply chain journey:

Quality control/ assurance services are services that involve checking products and services for compliance with established quality standards and specifications. This includes testing, inspection, auditing, and other methods to ensure that the product or service meets quality requirements. Quality assurance services may also involve providing feedback and recommendations to improve the quality of a product or service.

Quality Management covers three major stages of the supply chain journey:

Quality evaluation and audits

Quality Engineering typically begins by assessing the supplier and factory audits to check if they meet the organization’s expectations. This gives the company’s decision-makers the information essential to decide which suppliers match the quality requirements needed for a successful supply chain process. 

Design and development / new product introduction

Quality Engineering assists in the management of new products by inspecting and auditing suppliers, assessing and managing processes, and evaluating product lines and their efficiency as they progress toward their final stages and broader distribution.

Product entering mass production

Quality management becomes paramount in order to detect and fix any flaws prior to their reaching the public and potentially damaging the company‘s reputation. This is achieved by solid documentation of production line operations and examinations.

Additional services

In addition to the services mentioned above, Quality Management involves a variety of activities and processes that help to ensure and inspect the quality of the supply chain. These activities and processes may vary depending on the product and organization, but could include:
